Questions: Contact Email: TornadoAlleyks@yahoo.comSeries Website: www.midwestpaintballseries.comFormat: ***Minimum 6 teams needed to hold a division*** Level 2 (L2): 5Man Novice/Amateur Level 3 (L3): 3Man Rookie Level 4 (L4): 3Man Beginner Pump 3man Open Class (See Player Classifications Below) Player Definitions Returning Player = Any player who has played 3 events or more in any past MPS Seasons New Player = Any player who has played in 2 events or less in any past MPS Seasons Returning Player Classifications – Bumping Up Any player who placed first in two or more L2 events in any past MPS Seasons WILL NOT be forced to bump up to L1 for the 2010 season Any player who placed first in two or more L3 events in any past MPS Seasons must bump up to L2 Any player who placed first in a single L4 event in any past MPS Seasons must bump up to L3 Returning Player Classifications – Bumping Down L1 players interested in bumping down to L2 must be approved by the Event Promoter Any player who played in three or more L2 events in any past MPS Seasons and didn’t place in the top six can bump down to L3 Any player who played in three or more L3 events in any past MPS Seasons and didn’t place in the top six can bump down to L4 New Player Classification - Level 1 (Intended for players with an UNLIMITED amount of tourney experience): Open To Anyone Ramping Allowed ROF = 12 BPS New Player Classification - Level 2 (Intended for players with A LOT of tourney experience): Two L1 Players allowed per L2 Roster All other players = No D2 experience (or higher) in the PSP/NPPL Ramping Allowed ROF = 12 BPS New Player Classification - Level 3 (Intended for players with SOME tourney experience): No experience in the PSP/NPPL Ramping NOT Allowed ROF = 12 BPS New Player Classification - Level 4 (Intended for players with LITTLE OR NO tourney experience): No experience in the PSP/NPPL Player can NOT have placed first in any local tournament Either Marker or Hopper can have a battery, but not both Ramping NOT Allowed ROF = 12 BPS New Player Classification - Pump (Intended for players with an UNLIMITED amount of tourney experience): Open To Anyone Ramping not allowed "it's pump" ROF = what ever you can pump
Entry Per Team: Level 2 = $300 Per Team if paid by deadline ($350 Per Team if paid after deadline) Level 3 = $210 Per Team if paid by deadline ($240 Per Team if paid after deadline) Level 4 = $180 Per Team if paid by deadline ($210 Per Team if paid after deadline) Pump = $210 Per Team if paid by deadline ($240 Per Team if paid after deadline) Pump entry must be paid earlier due to some of the pump prizes not coming from KEE and will take time to order. No refunds given to those teams who cancel after payment has been made Paint: $60 Per Case (RPS Premium)/ $65 Per Case (RPS AllStar)/ $70. per Case (EVIL) (All paint price points are not guaranteed at each event and is based on availability from the manufacturer) Paint Rules: Event paint is defined as paint that is purchased from the Field the weekend of the tournament Teams playing both days can use paint that was purchased on Saturday for their games on Sunday Teams selling/buying paint from another team and not the field will be permanently banned from the MPS Start Times (Each Day): 7:00AM = Field Opens 7:30 to 8:30AM = Team Check In 8:30AM = Captains Meeting 9:00AM = Games Begin Register For This Event: http://www.paintball-players.org/cgi-bin/signup.cgiStep By Step Instructions on How To Register: http://www.pbnation.com/showthread.php?t=3030971
Series Points: 1st Place team = 7 points 2nd Place team = 6 points 3rd Place team = 5 points 4th Place team = 4 points 5th Place team = 3 points 6th Place team = 2 points All other teams who didn't place = 1 point Teams who don't play an event = 0 point Teams who ref an event = Average of all events played (Restrictions Apply) Series Points: If played in 1 event = 0 bonus points If played in 2 events = 1 bonus point If played in 3 events = 3 bonus points If played in 4 events = 5 bonus points If played in 5 events = 7 bonus points Sign Up For Free Prizes: Free prizes are given away at events with good attendance of teams.
